Measurement and Reporting Associate

Overview

Execute day-to-day Talent Product Compliance monitoring and reporting activities under defined SOPs, supporting compliance reporting across Service Operations. This role does not own compliance end-to-end.

What you'll do

• Execute day-to-day Talent Product Compliance monitoring and reporting activities under defined SOPs.
• Responsible for evidence review, documentation, audit support, and tracking compliance outcomes across Service Operations.
• Perform compliance validations and evidence checks as per SOPs and control checklists.
• Document compliance outcomes, exceptions, and remediation status for reporting.
• Support internal and client audits by preparing compliance reports and audit artifacts.
• Track audit findings and support closure coordination.
• Maintain compliance trackers and reporting inputs.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.

What you'll need

• Any Graduation (Graduate Degree).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• 1–3 years in compliance, audit support, or operations governance roles.
• Compliance monitoring & documentation.
• Audit support & evidence management.
• Attention to detail & data accuracy.

• Location: Navi Mumbai.
• May require working in rotational shifts.
• Individual contributor as part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
• Detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily tasks; detailed instruction on new assignments.
• Interactions within own team and direct supervisor.
