What you'll do

• Adapt and validate target text for compliance standards.
• Translate content for pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology projects.
• Work with patient records and clinical protocols.
• Follow procedures in strict GxP environments.
• Adhere to ISO 17100 quality standards.
• Complete a domain-specific translation or review assessment.

What you'll need

• Native-level proficiency in Romanian.
• Current residence in the United States.
• Graduate qualification in translation, linguistics, or language studies.
• Alternatively, a graduate qualification in another field plus 2 years of full-time professional translation experience.
• Alternatively, 5 years of full-time professional translation experience.
• Professional translation and localization experience in Medical or Life Sciences domains.
• Ability to follow terminology and reference materials precisely.

• Remote within the United States.
• Independent contractor engagement.
• Most tasks require at least 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week.
