MF Platform Support-Infrastructure Specialist

Overview

Diagnose, design, integrate and automate enterprise infrastructure across servers, networks, cloud and mainframe environments, and lead infrastructure projects from planning through delivery.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues across servers, networks, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Design, deploy, and integrate end-to-end infrastructure solutions across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments to ensure seamless operations.
• Automate workflows, processes, and system tasks to improve reliability, efficiency, scalability, and operational consistency.
• Assess technical risks proactively and implement preventive measures to minimize disruptions and maintain business continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Architects, Project Managers, and technical specialists, to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Lead infrastructure projects from planning through execution, ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed timelines and customer expectations.
• Communicate technical solutions and architecture recommendations effectively to customers and stakeholders, building trust through measurable business impact.
• Continuously expand expertise in cloud technologies, enterprise IT systems, and emerging technologies while pursuing professional certifications and career growth opportunities.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience and deep expertise within specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• Enterprise IT application experience.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in public cloud AWS domain.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating System.

Nice to have

• Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
• Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
