Overview

Manage business communications with onboarded merchants by consolidating internal business updates and communicating accurate, timely information about payment-related changes.

What you'll do

• Receive and consolidate business updates from internal teams and communicate them to onboarded merchants.
• Draft and manage merchant communications regarding payment updates, policy changes, operational changes, and service-related announcements.
• Ensure communications are accurate, clear, timely, and aligned with business requirements.
• Coordinate with Business, Product, Technology, and Operations teams to validate information before dissemination.
• Use CRM and communication platforms such as CleverTap to manage merchant notifications and campaigns.
• Use SQL, Python, and Excel for data extraction, validation, reporting, and basic automation.
• Track communication performance, maintain records, and ensure timely execution of updates.

What you'll need

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in merchant communications, fintech operations, CRM, or payments operations.
• Understanding of financial terminology, digital payments, payment gateways, settlements, refunds, and transaction processes.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, CleverTap, campaign management, or marketing automation platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
