What you'll do

• Craft and communicate a model risk management strategic vision aligned to corporate objectives and regulatory mandates.
• Direct development and implementation of model risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee validation and review of models across the enterprise to ensure accuracy, reliability, and robustness.
• Lead risk assessments to identify model risks and implement controls and mitigation measures.
• Establish and maintain governance structures and deliver executive reporting on model risk exposures and trends.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of model risk professionals.
