Network Engineer II - IN

Overview

Network Engineer II (Indian based) focused on network security for cloud-native security environments across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, manage, operate, and continuously improve cloud-native security for customer cloud environments.
• Ensure customer network security and Azure environments remain secure, stable, and operational.
• Support onboarding activities including platform onboarding, firewall policy implementation, and Azure network configuration.
• Provide advanced operational support for Palo Alto and Fortinet firewall environments deployed in Azure and hybrid infrastructures.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex firewall, VPN, routing, and connectivity incidents, owning them through resolution within L2 scope.
• Analyze security and network events, identify incidents, implement corrective actions, and manage firewall rule and policy changes.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of hands-on Network Security experience.
• Expertise with Palo Alto Networks (Panorama and VM-Series Firewalls for Azure deployments).
• Expertise with Fortinet (FortiManager and FortiGate VM Firewalls for Azure deployments).
• Microsoft Azure networking knowledge including VNets, Subnets, Route Tables, NSGs, Azure Load Balancer, and VPN Gateway.
• Strong understanding of firewall technologies, IDS/IPS, NDR, and WAF.
• Advanced experience with packet-level troubleshooting and firewall management/configuration using Panorama and FortiManager.
• Experience supporting Azure-hosted firewall solutions and cloud networking architecture.
