New Product Launch & Commercial Manager

Overview

Lead end-to-end readiness and execution for new product launches across API Plus markets to achieve annual revenue targets.

What you'll do

• Drive execution of the new product launch roadmap to deliver FY'27 launch revenues.
• Develop and govern launch calendars, milestones, risks, and launch readiness.
• Coordinate product release activities including documentation, approvals, validations, and compliance.
• Ensure timely availability of APIs, raw materials, and packaging materials for launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Commercial, Manufacturing, Planning, QA, QC, Regulatory, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Support pre-deal diligence with feasibility assessments, gap analysis, and risk evaluation.

What you'll need

• 8–12 years of experience in launch management, project management, business development, or portfolio management in pharma/FMCG.
• Strong stakeholder management and project governance capabilities.
• Experience coordinating supply chain activities for launch execution.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing processes, product launch process, and legal aspects/contracts/negotiations.
• Understanding of formulation and API development, scale-up, IP strategy, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing processes.
• Graduate in Science/Pharmacy, preferably with MBA (Marketing or Strategy).
