NFT - Performance Engineer

Overview

Non-functional/Performance Engineer role focused on performance testing, monitoring, and reliability of high-scale distributed systems.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, and stress tests.
• Write performance test cases using Scala/Shell/Java.
• Build automated Jenkins pipelines to run pre- and post-test activities.
• Monitor and analyze performance using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and work with development and infrastructure teams to resolve them.
• Create performance test plans, test cases, and reports.
• Troubleshoot complex performance issues across distributed systems.

What you'll need

• 5 years of experience in performance testing/engineering.
• Proficiency in LoadRunner and Gatling.
• Experience with Jenkins and automation using utilities based on Python.
• Experience with observability tools including Prometheus and Grafana.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS and on-premise high-scale distributed systems.
