NOC Engineer

Overview

Seeking a NOC Engineer for managed services supporting Advanced Services Repair (ASR) in the telecom/IT infrastructure environment.

What you'll do

• Manage complex repair tickets and support client-facing technical needs.
• Own escalations and drive resolution across multiple network and voice technologies.
• Provide fixed wireless support for Digi/Cradlepoint/Sierra routers.
• Analyze, diagnose, and remediate complex customer issues through final resolution.
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause investigation, including with partner carriers.
• Support partner carrier circuits including escalation management and resolution coordination.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5+ years in a network/telecom repair or escalation role, or 3–5 years in a Tier 2/3 Managed Services environment.
• Strong troubleshooting expertise and ability to investigate root causes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Experience supporting enterprise network, voice, and SD-WAN solutions.
• Networking certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or equivalent vendor certifications are a plus.
