About the role

Vexa Healthcare is building a home-based care service, and we're looking for 20 nursing professionals (BSc Nurses, GNM, and ANM staff) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care directly to patients in their homes. You'll be the frontline of our mission to make healthcare accessible and personal.

What you'll do

• Provide direct patient care including elderly care, mother and child care, post-operative support, and chronic disease management at patient homes
• Administer IV therapy and injections safely and accurately, following clinical protocols and maintaining sterile technique
• Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration) and report changes to supervising physicians
• Perform wound care and dressing changes, ensuring infection prevention and patient comfort
• Maintain detailed medical documentation and patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the clinical team to coordinate care and address concerns

What we're looking for

• Valid nursing qualification (BSc Nursing, GNM, or ANM) with current registration/license
• 1–5 years of clinical nursing experience (entry-level candidates with strong fundamentals also considered)
• Proficiency in IV therapy, injections, and basic wound care
• Strong communication and empathy skills with ability to work independently in home settings
• Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to patient safety and dignity

Nice to have

• Experience in elderly care, maternal health, or community-based nursing
• Certification in basic life support (BLS) or advanced life support (ALS)
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
