Job description
Overview
Provide customer experience services to shipping and logistics customers once they are onboarded in the Maersk environment, working on administrative and operational tasks within a defined scope.
What you'll do
- Manage customer channels, including voice and non-voice processes.
- Handle customer cases and case management.
- Support customer onboarding and relationship management.
- Manage contracts and disputes.
What you'll need
- Any graduate.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service in the shipping/logistics industry.
- Comfortable working in voice and non-voice processes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel.

- Location: Pune, India (411014).
- Shift timings: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
