Ocean Customer Experience Specialist providing services to customers once they are onboarded in the Maersk environment, working in German language on a European shift.
What you'll do
- Manage customer channels
- Handle case management
- Support customer onboarding and relationship management
- Manage contracts and disputes
What you'll need
- Any graduate
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (mandatory)
- German language expert with minimum B2 level certification (mandatory)
- Good MS Office skills
- Comfortable working in European shift
