Overview

Supports the efficient and cost-effective flow of goods and services in the supply chain by running intermediate level transactional processes in SAP to support demand and supply matching, and resolving basic to complex supply chain issues.

What you'll do

• Support intermediate level transactional processes that require independent judgment.
• Follow detailed documentation and instructions to execute a variety of process oriented tasks to support demand and supply matching activities.
• Support the business by answering strategic questions with quantitative and qualitative insights through data analysis and reporting.
• Identify basic to complex level supply chain anomalies and seek guidance for resolution.
• Assess the market and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for the supply chain department to add value.
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
• Work with customer support teams to address operational issues and improve the customer experience.
• Ensure the company complies with relevant regulations and industry standards, and assist in audits as necessary.
• Support the training of new hires and lower level roles.

What you'll need

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically 4-6 years of related work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge and skills in: Continuous Improvement Process, Data Analysis, Enterprise Resource Planning, Finance, Inventory Control, Inventory Management, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Lean Manufacturing, Material Requirements Planning, Materials Management, Process Improvement, Procurement, Production Planning, Purchasing, SAP Applications, Supply Chain, Supply Chain Analysis, Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Planning, Warehousing.
• Cross-org skills: Effective Communication, Results Orientation, Learning Agility, Digital Fluency, Customer Centricity.

Nice to have

• Certified Professional in Supply Management (Standards Organizations) certification.
