Onboarding Analyst

Overview

Onboarding Analyst role at BitGo Singapore, a Major Payment Institution regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, supporting APAC onboarding requirements from the Bangalore office.

What you'll do

• Conduct client due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (ECDD) in accordance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct periodic review based on KYC/KYB CDD guidelines, ensuring timely updates and escalations where required.
• Provide high-quality customer service by owning, monitoring, and improving customer service, handling customer inquiries, and managing communications with customers throughout the entire onboarding process.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer onboarding and account administration.
• Participate in internal and external training programs related to AML/CFT and other subjects that may form part of the day to day work requirements.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

What you'll need

• Minimum of 3-10 years of experience in a relevant compliance, onboarding, due diligence role, preferably within fintech or crypto domain.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Relevant compliance professional certifications, especially specialist certificates in crypto and digital assets.
• Good understanding of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) PSN02 Guidelines, Notice and related laws, directives, regulations and compliance standards.
