Overview
Operations Associate (Investment Operations) supporting day-to-day operational activities for equity portfolios at Parametric.
What you'll do
- Ensure daily client transactions, account maintenance, portfolio reconciliations, and portfolio implementation are completed accurately and on time.
- Perform daily review of equity portfolios to verify accuracy and alignment with model weights and investment strategies.
- Monitor and support portfolio model implementation so holdings reflect approved investment decisions and objectives.
- Research and resolve portfolio exceptions, reconciliation breaks, cash discrepancies, and implementation variances.
- Review and validate portfolio holdings, cash balances, security positions, and transaction data across multiple systems.
- Produce, review, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and control reviews.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
What you'll need
- 3–6 years of experience in Investment Operations, Asset Management Operations, Fund Accounting reconciliation, or related financial services functions.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Understanding of equity markets, indices, investment products, and portfolio management concepts.
- Knowledge of bonds reconciliations and operational controls.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

- Hybrid working model: work in the office 3 days a week and choose to work remotely or in the office the remaining days.
