Operations Engineer

Overview

Support operations and manage delivery for production systems and services across enterprise endpoint management environments. Ensure reliability, availability, and operational stability for physical devices and Windows 365 Cloud PCs while reducing operational risk, automating repetitive tasks, and enhancing the end-user experience.

What you'll do

• Perform high-availability monitoring, proactive health checks, and incident support.
• Operate Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows 365, Autopilot, and co-management.
• Monitor compliance and patching drift, tune alerts, and build health dashboards.
• Use PowerShell, Graph API, and proactive remediations to eliminate toil.
• Apply ITIL processes, maintain runbooks, participate in CAB activities, and support DR/BC.
• Engage cross-functionally on incident communications, mentoring, and post-incident reviews.
• Support Windows 365 Cloud PC and Intune Suite enhancements.
• Contribute to AIOps and Microsoft Security Copilot for endpoint operations.
• Support proactive remediations, Windows Autopatch, self-healing, cloud-native endpoint management, and Digital Employee Experience/XLA-driven operations.
• Work toward platform availability, device and patch compliance, SLO achievement, MTTD and MTTR, automation hours saved, alert accuracy, toil reduction, CSAT, and Experience Level Agreements (XLAs).

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 year(s) of experience.
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• 8–12+ years in Endpoint Management / Digital Workplace ops.
• Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Windows endpoint management.
• Experience with enterprise-scale physical and Windows 365 Cloud PC environments.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Bachelor's in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows 365 Cloud PC, Autopilot, and co-management.
• Endpoint Analytics, Windows Update for Business, patch and software deployment.
• Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure, Hybrid Identity, Conditional Access, and MFA.
• PowerShell scripting, Graph API, and automation frameworks.
• Windows Server, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PKI, TCP/IP, and authentication.
• ITIL v4, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
• 15 years full time education.
