Operations Manager 3

Overview

Operations Manager role leading a team of six full-time employees for commercial bilateral loan servicing inquiry analysis and resolution.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of six FTE with clear expectations for quality, timeliness, and ownership.
• Manage daily workload, prioritization, capacity planning, and service level performance to meet SLAs.
• Oversee analysis of commercial bilateral loan servicing inquiries including complex document review and amortization analysis.
• Review, challenge, and validate complex findings, ensuring conclusions are supported, documented, and communicated.
• Monitor operational reporting, quality results, aging items, trends, and risk indicators to drive corrective action.
• Act as the escalation point for complex, non-routine, or sensitive matters and coordinate remediation/system initiatives.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong knowledge of AFS, loan documentation, amortization analysis, and financial impact analysis.
• Proficiency with Excel and reporting.
• Strong risk and control mindset for identifying and escalating operational risks/control gaps.
• Sound independent judgment to interpret documentation and requirements in complex situations.
