Sales Processing Associate

Overview

Onsite Sales Processing Associate role supporting sales processing activities across business areas and regions.

What you'll do

• Provide overall support for sales processing activities for assigned business areas.
• Handle pricing and create quotes for moderately to highly complex deals.
• Register information, produce documentation, and support order execution.
• Manage billing and invoice production and configure order systems per process standards.
• Review and oversee sales processing documentation and systems, including data entry and completion.
• Work with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and propose changes to improve quality.
• Develop customized data collection forms, methods, and reports, and guide less-experienced staff.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Typically 4–6 years of experience.
• Ready to work night shifts (4pm–1am IST).
• Proficient in MS Suite, including MS Excel, plus presentation skills.
• Expert user of electronic sales documentation, order management, and bid/quote systems and reporting.
• Complete understanding of basic and advanced order processes, system configurations, and documentation requirements.
• Experience with Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ) and SAP S/4HANA.
• Mastery in English and local language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Work mode: Primarily onsite from an HPE office.
• Night shift timing: 4pm–1am IST.
