Assistant Manager - Financial Reporting & Control

Overview

Assistant Manager role supporting financial reporting, control, compliance, and change projects for the Creative Service Line (CSL).

What you'll do

• Drive finance projects including backlog clearance and process improvements.
• Track backlog progress and publish status periodically.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and perform risk analysis to develop controls.
• Support internal audit, local statutory audit, and year-end group audit processes.
• Lead reconciliation between Nexelus (project management system) and Dynamics D365 (ERP).
• Work on remediation projects including JSOX controls implementation and controls self-certification.

What you'll need

• Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• 7+ years post-qualification experience in accounting, controllership, financial reporting, and consolidation.
• Proficiency in technical accounting and IFRS.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
