Digital Engineer - Assistant Manager

Overview

Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications, including blockchain integrations and smart contracts. Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain user-facing features for web applications, including responsive web design, efficient data handling, and effective API integration.
• Develop front-end and back-end application components by writing clean, maintainable code, implementing new features, and fixing bugs.
• Integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Develop APIs and services to enable interactions between blockchain networks and external systems.
• Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts using platforms like Ethereum, or similar.
• Ensure smart contract security and efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and deliver high-quality software on time.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Write and execute unit tests and conduct thorough debugging to ensure applications are robust and reliable.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and design decisions.

What you'll need

• 07+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with server-side languages and frameworks such as Java.
• Knowledge of relational databases, including MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases, including MongoDB and Redis.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency in Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana, or similar blockchain platforms.
• Experience with Solidity, Vyper, or other smart contract programming languages.
• Blockchain certifications, including Certified Blockchain Developer, Blockchain Expert, or similar certifications.
• Experience with layer 2 solutions, cross-chain interoperability, or enterprise blockchain solutions.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.
