Job description
Overview
Hands-on optical aligner and test engineer to develop and optimize optical modules for LiDAR/sensor product lines.
What you'll do
- Develop optical alignment systems for the optical module.
- Define and improve test methodologies for optical modules.
- Build and run manufacturing test from prototype through high-volume production.
- Troubleshoot production issues with product design, photonics, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams.
- Improve production yield, throughput, and test coverage.
What you'll need
- Practical experience with optical alignment.
- Experience with precision motion systems.
- Experience working with lasers and photodetectors.
- Experience with optical test and measurement equipment.
- Experience with automation.
