Oracle IT Analyst Lead I

Overview

Oracle IT Analyst Lead role based in Pune, India, providing Oracle EBS R12 Applications solutions and support to Copeland's businesses globally.

What you'll do

• Support the Oracle Applications EBS R12 system (SCM-PO Module) and perform enhancements as needed by the business.
• Look after Implementation and Development projects.
• Perform configurations and testing during different phases of Oracle Projects.
• Lead the Oracle Support team globally and interact with the business.
• Work on critical issues, business requirements, solution design and development.
• Coordinate with other IT teams for development, change migrations, etc.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 15-20 years of relevant industry experience.
• At least 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 SCM Modules.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Procurement Cloud.
• Understanding of Business Purchase functionalities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on a team.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Oracle SQL.
• Exposure to the Oracle Cloud environment.
