Order to Cash Operations Associate

Overview

Support order-to-cash collections processing by reconciling transactions, resolving cash application queries and managing collection disputes.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data and reconcile transactions.
• Process cash applications from payment receipt through finalization.
• Resolve cash application queries with customers.
• Manage collection disputes, aged-debt reporting, dunning and bad-debt provisioning.
• Perform cash reconciliations and follow up on missing remittances.
• Prepare accurate refund packages and record collection activities.
• Meet process targets and comply with internal controls and regulations.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Any graduation qualification.
• Order-to-cash collections processing skills.
• Understanding of cash applications.
• Knowledge of unapplied-cash processing and suspense-account reconciliation.
• Knowledge of collection disputes and dunning processes.
