Packaged/SaaS App Engineering Lead

Overview

Lead the design, configuration, integration and evolution of packaged or SaaS application solutions, setting platform standards for stability, performance and alignment with business and vendor constraints.

What you'll do

• Own the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based software solutions.
• Manage configuration, integration and deployment processes to ensure seamless delivery.
• Set and maintain platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance.
• Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and delivery.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to align project objectives.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions; provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across teams.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Kubernetes.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes.
• Experience with container orchestration and management in cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of deployment automation and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize distributed systems for performance and reliability.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools.
• Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices within containerized environments.
