Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Overview

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage software releases, and maintain system stability, in a team-lead role that is an SME and makes team decisions.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
• Manage software releases and ensure system stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain high availability.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies.
• Strong knowledge of application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their application in enterprise environments.
• Understanding of software release management and version control processes.
• 15 years full time education.
