Overview

Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer responsible for configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications, managing releases, and ensuring stability and performance.

What you'll do

• Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features to business requirements.
• Manage software releases and ensure system stability and performance.
• Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to deliver compatible solutions.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality.
• Provide solutions to problems for immediate and multiple teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and quality.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.

What you'll need

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
• Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
• Experience with cloud-based development environments and integration techniques.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management in cloud platforms.
• Ability to work with APIs and low-code/no-code tools to extend application capabilities.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting in cloud application contexts.
• 15 years full-time education is required.
