What you'll do

• Configure and support packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements.
• Manage software release cycles and ensure system stability and performance.
• Use APIs and low-code platforms to customize solutions and adapt features.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues in SaaS environments.
• Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems across teams.
• Lead process improvements within the team and facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align application capabilities with business objectives.

What you'll need

• 15 years full time education.
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in the role.
• Must have: proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based application configuration and support.
• Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize solutions.
• Ability to manage software release cycles and ensure system stability.
• Familiarity with performance monitoring and troubleshooting in SaaS environments.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple teams.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning.
