What you'll do

• Configure and support packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements.
• Manage software releases and ensure system stability and performance.
• Utilize tools and platforms to customize solutions and adapt features.
• Maintain compatibility across systems while aligning features with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform as an SME.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
• 15 years full time education.
• Jakarta EE.
• Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
• Experience with application lifecycle management and release processes.
• Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques for packaged and cloud applications.
• Knowledge of low-code platforms and their application in customizing software solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability.
• Strong understanding of software configuration management and performance tuning.
