Overview
Manage the entire life cycle of large events from commercial contract signing through final closing, coordinating event organizers and internal teams while ensuring requirements are delivered on time.
What you'll do
- Manage the entire life cycle of big events from when the sales and legal team has signed the commercial contract through the events' final closing.
- Act as the main point of contact between the event organizer and all internal teams involved.
- Manage other departments' tasks to ensure requirements are delivered on time and in form.
- Communicate Fever usability and process needs to HQ.
- Work with product and engineering to deliver product and process needs.
- Consolidate all requirements and prioritize them with the product team.
- Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A to provide answers to potential user incidents managed by the user support team.
- Ensure all requirements needed to achieve project goals have the necessary documentation.
- Attend events on-site during the launch or other important dates when required.
- Communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent on efforts.
- Think strategically when faced with an events partnership brief or proprietary data on what events work.
- Handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams.
- Work collaboratively on all required events tasks.
- Identify problem areas and create plans to find resolutions.
What you'll need
- A degree and a project management background.
- 1+ years in a project management role.
- Partner management or consulting background.
- Fluent-level English.
- Strong analytical, relationship management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A flexible, detail-oriented, analytical, organized, entrepreneurial, and solution-focused mindset.
- Ability to coordinate other departments to deliver requirements on time.
- Ability to deliver results in an ambiguous environment while looking around corners.
- Ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent on efforts.
- Ability to think strategically when faced with an events partnership brief or proprietary data on what events work.
- Ability to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams.
- Ability to work collaboratively and get hands dirty on all required events tasks.
- Huge appetite for learning and ability to pick up new skills quickly.
- Curiosity and willingness to push boundaries and try new concepts.
Nice to have
- Event experience is a plus.
- Other languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
- Strong academic background is a plus.
Details
- Location: Mumbai, with a central New Delhi/Mumbai office location.
- Hybrid work setup; home office friendly.
- Working hours are 7:00am to 4:00pm.
- On-site presence might be required during the launch or other important event dates, depending on the event.
- Full-time role.
