What you'll do

• Design scalable partner readiness architectures from a technical point of view.
• Define partner learning objectives, competency models, and knowledge structures by partner roles.
• Structure partner knowledge for traditional learning and AI-powered knowledge consumption.
• Translate technical concepts into persona-based learning journeys and outcomes.
• Lead structured knowledge capture sessions with SMEs across product and field teams.
• Ensure taxonomy, consistency, and business alignment through quality and governance.
• Leverage AI across the learning lifecycle for capture, analysis, and content maintenance.

What you'll need

• Demonstrable experience in technical partner enablement, systems engineering, technical marketing, knowledge management, or related fields.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise technology solutions such as storage, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, or data platforms.
• Proven track record enabling global partner ecosystems across multiple routes to market.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex technical information into structured knowledge and learning experiences.
• Experience facilitating knowledge discovery with senior technical SMEs.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, metadata, and AI-ready content principles.
• Fluent English required (additional languages are a plus).
