Payroll & Billing Specialist

Overview

Billing Specialist role supporting clients as G-P onboards professionals in more than 180 countries, with responsibility for billing accuracy, billing reports and related financial closing tasks.

What you'll do

• Support the audit of payroll and billing
• Support creation and management of billing-related reports
• Generate bills to clients using various cost reports
• Ensure accuracy on all client bills
• Protect company integrity by keeping client information confidential
• Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies
• Process credit memos or billing adjustments when necessary
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end financial closing tasks

What you'll need

• Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience, including AP and billing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle a high volume of time-sensitive materials
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated interpersonal, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have

• Foreign currency to USD conversion experience
