Payroll Specialist

About the role

Votiko Solutions is hiring an experienced Amazon DSP Payroll Specialist to join our growing payroll operations team. You'll manage end-to-end payroll processes for Amazon DSP clients from the comfort of your home, working a US night shift schedule.

What you'll do

• Process payroll for Amazon DSP clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Review and validate timecards and attendance records
• Manage attendance, PTO, and leave tracking for multiple accounts
• Process payroll adjustments, bonuses, and incentive payments
• Maintain payroll documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
• Coordinate with clients on payroll-related queries and updates

What we're looking for

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on Amazon DSP payroll experience
• Proficiency with ADP Payroll systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision
• Good English communication skills for client coordination
• Availability for US night shift, 6 days a week

Nice to have

• Experience with multiple payroll platforms
• Familiarity with payroll compliance and tax regulations
• Track record of handling high-volume payroll operations
