Performance and Admin Manager

Overview

The Performance and Admin Manager drives operational performance reporting, contract governance, quality assurance, and administrative compliance for the Cognizant account.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver contractual performance reports (Monthly Management Reports, Quarterly Business Reviews, and annual summaries).
• Translate contracts into performance matrices and track KPI/CPI/SLA measurement and progress.
• Maintain quality and data governance, including SharePoint trackers, document repositories, and QMS documentation.
• Oversee day-to-day administration for the account, including onboarding/offboarding and record/document control.
• Coordinate procurement of office supplies/services/facilities and manage meeting logistics for governance forums.
• Support risk and compliance through risk reporting and monitoring control breaches, including information security obligations.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations, performance management, administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in performance reporting, contract governance, or quality assurance.
• Ability to develop and manage KPIs, CPIs, and SLAs in a managed services or outsourcing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and meet tight deadlines.
