Performance Marketer

About the role

We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to lead our growth engine at STARZ. You'll own the full marketing funnel—from paid acquisition to retention—and drive measurable revenue impact through data-driven strategies and team leadership.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 marketing professionals, setting strategy and accountability across campaigns
• Own SaaS/PLG product marketing end-to-end: design funnels, optimize conversion rates, and scale what works
• Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, social, WhatsApp) with a focus on ROI and unit economics
• Drive SEO and organic growth initiatives; build and optimize landing pages and webinar funnels
• Build community and podcast partnerships; execute email nurture sequences to maximize lifetime value
• Analyze performance metrics, A/B test relentlessly, and present data-backed insights to leadership

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience in SaaS or product-led growth companies (no unrelated job background)
• Proven expertise across paid media, SEO, email marketing, landing pages, and funnel optimization
• Strong command of analytics tools and marketing platforms; data obsession is non-negotiable
• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale teams while maintaining execution excellence
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, psychology, and conversion psychology

Nice to have

• Experience running webinars or community-building initiatives
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms
• Track record of scaling a product from early to growth stage
