Platform Engineer I

Overview

Platform Engineer I for the DPM Operations team, accountable for effective operation and support of solutions delivered by DPM Product Development Teams.

What you'll do

• Install and configure DPM product components.
• Assist in troubleshooting platform errors.
• Support bugfixes for DPM applications.
• Monitor DPM solution function and performance.
• Automate and document platform engineer processes.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Install, configure, and upgrade third-party and open-source products.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• NATO SECRET (NS) security classification or willingness to undergo screening to attain NATO Secret clearance.
• Experience configuring, managing, and upgrading servers and software.
• Knowledge of database applications (Oracle) and Web Services (REST).
• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Azure DevOps, Salt, AWS CodeCommit/Build/Pipelines, BitBucket, GitLab).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (stated requirement).

• Location: Portugal (Remote).
• Pay range: €25,970.86–€41,552.50.
• Bi-weekly off-hour maintenance activities are performed within the required maintenance window.
