Lead Software Engineer - Edge Services

Overview

Lead Software Engineer responsible for Cloud Edge Services with a focus on high availability, resiliency, and operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Ensure high availability, resiliency, quality, and efficiency of Cloud Edge Services.
• Develop tools and infrastructure to deploy, monitor, and manage production and non-production services.
• Use AI and automation tools to improve development efficiency, infrastructure management, and incident response.
• Optimize delivered solutions for quality, ease of use, reusability, and scalability.
• Contribute to knowledge base documentation, testing, design details, usage, maintenance, and deployment notes.
• Collaborate within an agile framework and support a rotating week-long on-call schedule.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency with Golang and/or Python (recent experience preferred).
• 4+ years in a DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering environment.
• 2+ years with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• 3+ years with Kubernetes / Docker.
• 2+ years with Terraform.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and practices.
