Partner Solutions Architect (Pan-EMEA GSI)

Overview

Partner Solutions Architect supporting Datadog partners across EMEA on technical initiatives such as cloud migration, application modernization, and DevOps transformation. The role acts as a trusted technical advisor and drives outcomes with Datadog and partner resources.

What you'll do

• Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources.
• Participate in joint business planning and technical review sessions.
• Support partner demonstrations, proofs of value, workshops, assessments, and coaching.
• Advocate for partner use cases, feature requests, and support concerns.
• Analyze partner service offerings and recommend improved Datadog adoption.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and technical services teams on feature priorities.
• Curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption and success.

What you'll need

• 10–15 years of experience is typical in a customer- or partner-facing technical role.
• Hands-on IT development and/or operations experience.
• Technical and business acumen with the ability to articulate Datadog value.
• Confident presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience in at least two listed areas, including observability, public cloud, containers, development, configuration management, or CI/CD.

Nice to have

• Technical experience supporting channel partners such as systems integrators or managed services providers.
• Experience with Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools.
• Experience with root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, or debugging.
