Senior Customer Service Engineer

Overview

Senior Customer Service Engineer responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and refurbishing Ultrasound Modality Equipment at customer sites. The role is based out of Hyderabad and involves customer-facing technical support.

What you'll do

• Maintain all Ultrasound Modality Equipment models in the assigned area.
• Troubleshoot complex multi-symptom problems at the total system level.
• Complete administration tasks on time.
• Complete FMI documentation and PMS inspections for assigned accounts.
• Resolve issues using established procedures.
• Collaborate with others to solve technical issues.
• Build customer relationships and exchange technical information.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of field experience in Ultrasound Modality.
• Knowledge comparable to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to document, plan, market and execute programs.
