Manager – SRE Architect, Advisory

Overview

Manager – SRE Architect, Advisory role focused on designing and scaling resilient enterprise hybrid and on-premise infrastructure while applying SRE principles.

What you'll do

• Define and oversee end-to-end application hosting architectures across on-premise infrastructure, middleware, and database platforms.
• Streamline provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible.
• Implement advanced monitoring and telemetry using Dynatrace.
• Establish SRE frameworks including SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets across engineering teams.
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and complex troubleshooting to prevent recurring outages.
• Champion Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and end-to-end application hosting strategies.

What you'll need

• 10-15 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Systems Architecture, or DevOps roles.
• Deep expertise in managing and architecting on-premise infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Terraform and Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace for performance monitoring and diagnostics.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting skills focused on automation and proactive monitoring.
• Good communication skills to interact with customers independently.
• Database expertise in SQL/Oracle/Teradata (and/or similar).
