Resident Solutions Architect

Overview

Serve as the named strategic technical owner for a small set of enterprise and strategic customers, guiding architecture, integrations, governance, and production readiness for Glean solutions.

What you'll do

• Advise assigned customers and own their technical account strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical decision-making, and executive technical alignment.
• Guide connector, MCP, API, SDK, custom UI, and agent-workflow implementations.
• Productionize customer AI workflows through evals, governance, observability, and guardrails.
• Design or lead strategic builds including custom connectors, MCP servers, and embedded experiences.
• Coordinate with internal teams and translate customer requirements into product feedback.
• Develop reusable technical programs, blueprints, playbooks, and enablement.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of relevant technical consulting, solutions architecture, or customer-facing engineering experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Software development experience in at least two modern programming languages, including Python, Java, or Go.
• Strong experience with APIs, SDKs, custom data integrations, and enterprise application architecture.
• Experience with AI workflows, agents, Glean APIs, and production-readiness requirements.
• Hands-on cloud experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience owning strategic enterprise accounts and supporting complex architecture requirements.

Nice to have

• Pre-sales or post-sales Solutions Architect experience in a product-led company.

Details

• Remote role for candidates located in US East, Central, or West time zones.
• Annual OTE range: $170,000–$240,000.
