Partner Solutions Architect (EMEA)

Overview

Partner Solution Architect supporting Datadog partners across technical initiatives such as cloud migration, application modernization, and DevOps transformation. The role acts as a trusted technical advisor and drives successful outcomes with Datadog and partner resources.

What you'll do

• Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources.
• Participate in joint business planning and review sessions.
• Support partner demonstrations, proofs of value, and enablement workshops.
• Advocate for partner use cases, feature requests, and support issues.
• Analyze partner service offerings and recommend improved Datadog adoption.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and technical services teams on new capabilities.
• Curate best practices for Datadog platform adoption and success.

What you'll need

• Hands-on IT development and/or operations experience.
• Technical aptitude, business acumen, and a passion for learning.
• Confident presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience in at least two areas including observability, public cloud, containerization, development or scripting, configuration management, and CI/CD.
• Current EU residency.

Nice to have

• Technical experience supporting channel partners.
• Experience with Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools.
• Experience with root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, or debugging.
