Partner Solutions Architect (EMEA)

Overview

Partner Solutions Architect (PSA) is a Datadog technical expert who works with partner technical teams and internal stakeholders to deliver partner initiatives and drive adoption outcomes.

What you'll do

• Support partner technical onboarding, training, enablement, and certification.
• Participate in periodic joint business planning and review sessions for alignment.
• Collaborate internally on partner technical initiatives like demos and proofs of value.
• Provide assessment, advice, and coaching on lead practices.
• Advocate for partners’ technical concerns with Datadog internal teams to resolution.
• Analyze partner service offerings and recommend ways to enhance adoption of Datadog features.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and technical services to help identify and prioritize capabilities.

What you'll need

• Solid technical grounding with hands-on experience in IT development and/or operations.
• Self-starter with business acumen and ability to articulate Datadog value.
• Confident presentation skills.
• Must be a current EU resident.
• Hands-on experience in two or more areas among Observability, Public Cloud, Containerization, Dev/Scripting, Config Mgmt, or CI/CD.
