Partner Solutions Architect (Pan-EMEA GSI)

Overview

Partner Solutions Architect (PSA) is a technical expert who supports partner-focused initiatives and outcomes for Datadog’s Channels & Alliances segment across Pan-EMEA.

What you'll do

• Ensure successful onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources.
• Participate in periodic joint business planning and review sessions aligned with partner technical teams.
• Collaborate internally on partner technical initiatives such as end-customer demonstrations and proofs of value.
• Advocate on behalf of partners’ technical concerns with Datadog internal teams to resolution.
• Analyze partner service offerings and recommend improvements via greater adoption of Datadog features and capabilities.
• Coordinate with product management, engineering, and technical services to identify and prioritize new features and capabilities.
• Curate and evolve lead/best practices for partner adoption and success.

What you'll need

• Solid technical grounding with hands-on experience in IT Development and/or Operations.
• Track record and passion for learning.
• Typically 10-15 years of experience in a customer or partner facing technical role.
• Self-starter with business acumen and ability to articulate Datadog value.
• Confident presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience in two or more areas such as observability, public cloud, containerization, dev/scripting, config mgmt, or CI/CD.
