What you'll do

• Architect next-generation security solutions to improve incident response.
• Use the Elastic Security Solution to meet customer use-case requirements and improve operational efficiency.
• Deliver proof-of-value (POV) projects showcasing detection, AI, and incident response capabilities.
• Share expertise via presentations, blog posts, and other channels on SIEM and analytics.
• Collaborate across teams to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Continuously learn SIEM/analytics technologies to keep solutions at the forefront.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise pre-sales.
• Extensive experience with SIEM platforms and vendor solutions in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of AI and its impact on SIEM and analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of SOC workflows, processes, and operational challenges.
• Knowledge of security solutions, the data they produce, and building content for use case requirements.
• Background including forensic analysis, troubleshooting, and threat mitigation.
• Experience with behavioral analytics and machine learning techniques.
