Senior Solutions Architect - Germany

Overview

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you educate and collaborate with customers to create customized Redis-powered solutions for their business and database needs.

What you'll do

• Help customers meet technology and business requirements with Redis products, solutions, and services.
• Understand, quantify, and verify customer business needs and specific use cases.
• Drive success of customer POCs and pilots by working with customer technical teams.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop account strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Present Redis capabilities and technology to engage customers and communicate business impact.
• Use customer feedback to improve product materials, technical best practices, and provide feedback to Product Management and R&D.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering (ideally database engineering) for enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience with server-side software development and Linux.
• Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems.
• BS in Computer Science / B.A. or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to travel regularly to visit customer sites.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
