PPSM Associate

Overview

PPSM Associate role at Accenture supporting PMO governance and delivery on client engagements, within the Talent & HR - Talent Strategy skill area.

What you'll do

• Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, standards, and best practices across the engagement.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestone trackers, RAID logs, and status dashboards.
• Drive weekly and monthly governance cadence including MOR, steering committee, and client review preparation.
• Monitor project health across workstreams: scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Define an organization's talent management approach, mapping business future skills and talent needs against current skills and capabilities, and defining the investments required to fulfill strategic talent objectives.

What you'll need

• Any Graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• PMO experience.
• Strong understanding of project governance, delivery lifecycle, and reporting frameworks.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

• Role may require working in rotational shifts.
• Solves routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines; interactions within own team and direct supervisor; receives detailed to moderate instruction on daily tasks.
