Pricing Specialist - Managed Print Services

Overview

This role researches client businesses, builds tailored roadmaps, and proposes solutions to client challenges, supporting pre-sales opportunities and leading complex projects with written reports.

What you'll do

• Conduct thorough research into clients' businesses and industries, constructing comprehensive roadmaps outlining current and desired customer environments.
• Formulate proposed solutions addressing client business challenges and objectives through tailored services, both standardized and customized.
• Facilitate the definition of processes and activities, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate client events and workshops, coordinate their logistics, and document their outcomes comprehensively.
• Contribute to the development of communication plans for seamless project execution.
• Shape human-centric workstreams and support implementation of change activities.
• Identify risks and assumptions, influencing program governance strategies.
• Collaborate on pre-sales opportunities to develop compelling business cases, including ROI analysis.
• Solve difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
• Lead moderate to high complexity projects, deliver professionally written reports, and support the realization of operational and strategic plans.

What you'll need

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or any other related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in industry, commercial or public sector, strategy formulation, process design, information modeling, or a related field, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
