Overview
Lead the architecture, development, deployment, and scaling of production-grade AI/ML applications while shaping enterprise AI strategy and technical direction.
What you'll do
- Assess enterprise systems, business architecture, and active AI workstreams.
- Lead discovery sessions to identify operational friction and prioritize AI/ML opportunities.
- Evaluate AI/ML technologies and recommend toolchain improvements.
- Architect and deliver full-stack AI applications using Python backends and JavaScript or Flutter frontends.
- Design context engineering strategies and optimize LLM outputs.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment workflows for LLM applications.
- Establish observability frameworks, track AI performance against KPIs, and present technical solutions to stakeholders.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- 8–12 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
- Deep experience with CI/CD tooling and deployment workflows.
- Production experience with Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with data quality, pipeline integrity, and dataset governance.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch.
- Ability to mentor peers and communicate AI/ML architecture to technical and non-technical audiences.
