Principal Technical Consultant leading AI-powered process automation and enterprise platform architecture for multi-application deployments.
What you'll do
- Architect and drive platform scalability standards for performance, resilience, and reusability.
- Design, develop, and review integrations using SQL views, stored procedures, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot system-level performance issues including bottlenecks, leaks, contention, and latency spikes.
- Perform performance analysis and profiling using database execution plans, JVM/memory metrics, and Locust load test outputs.
- Translate diagnostics into recommendations and mentor junior developers on DevSecOps and coding standards.
- Assume architectural leadership for multi-application platform design, execution, and performance optimization.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Mathematics.
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience with 8+ years in enterprise web application architecture, deployment, and delivery.
- Leading technical teams through the full SDLC and defining production readiness strategies.
- Hands-on expertise in Python and SQL, with proficiency in JavaScript or Java.
- Advanced experience designing relational data models (SQL Server, Oracle, or MariaDB), custom APIs, and middleware/ESB orchestration.
- Experience with web infrastructure, Kubernetes, DevSecOps pipelines, Selenium, and performance/load/penetration testing methodologies.
