Staff Engineer, Oracle EBS Techno-Functional (Finance)

Overview

Staff Engineer role focused on Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Finance, bridging finance business needs with technical Oracle EBS solutions across Financial modules.

What you'll do

• Provide primary Oracle EBS Financials support for day-to-day incidents, enhancements, and production support.
• Support Month-End/Year-End Close, bank integrations, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional/technical documentation using AIM/OUM.
• Lead and participate in CRP and testing activities including UAT and system testing, plus end-user training.
• Design, develop, customize, and maintain RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
• Build SQL/PLSQL database solutions and tune performance for queries, reports, and database objects.
• Develop inbound/outbound integrations using APIs, web services, interface tables, and related mechanisms.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of total experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant Oracle EBS experience.
• Strong Oracle EBS Financials knowledge across GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and SLA.
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 / R12.2.x.
• Experience developing and maintaining PL/SQL objects (packages, procedures, functions, triggers, views).
• Hands-on experience with SQL and PL/SQL, including database performance tuning.
• Experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and BI/XML Publisher; plus Oracle Workflow Builder.
